I am fairly new at blogging (2 months) and following the debates on Blogger code of conduct and not liking that approach at all. I like your approach particularly for those who just “nice blog” comment. I also think that making a post as you have is a good way to state your policy and put a permanent link into the sidebar. Updating as necessary. Thank You
