It is stupid to work hard because if I know time management back then, I can do more without damaging my health!

I start to realize you can’t work more than 2 hours without resting, your productivity will drop dramatically!

Eban Pagan teach very good time management and productivity course, I gain a lot from him!

Another way to increase your productivity is leverage other people time when your time worth more than doing the Job. We should start outsourcing many non-core and critical task…

Back to the topic, however, I think work 4 hours a week is still too good to be true, I think 20 hours a week would be more reasonable…:)

It is indeed very important to lay the foundations and the concepts on our own, and when the foundations are strong and stable enough, we then proceed to outsource.

As i am involved in training/coaching business, it seems always difficult when it comes to scaling. To find the right person to be my right hand man or associates, and having the ability and aptitude and to use my system to train others with the intensity and passion.

Those are my thoughts.

Cheers
Sean

PS: There are several points in 4-hr workweek that are worth visiting, but others just dont seems to work for me…
