I haven’t used their web hosting as I like to keep my domains and hosting separate, but if you’re interested in their hosting packages, here are some codes:

I am assuming you do not use NameCheap’s DNS servers for any URL redirects. They have some serious issues in managing DNS and DDOS attacks. In the past year I have noticed at least six periods of extended DNS downtime. I have had to start transferring sites away early to escape this reoccurring issue.
It is interesting how different customers with different needs and expectations view NameCheap’s service.
