November 8, 2007 at 12:07 am (16 years ago)Apparently you haven’t used the tool at all since the reverse google data seems to come from spyfu. Though they do return more results than spyfu so they may be using an additional internal tool.
Anyway, wasn’t this bonus first “exclusive” to ppc classroom buyers?

That’s like saying Keyword Country and Keyword discovery is based off of WordTracker. or that all keyword tools are based off of Google, Yahoo and MSN’s data.
Factually correct, but how does that help you?

If you already have a suite of tools you’re happy with, then good for you.
For marketers looking to evaluate new products and services, the walkthrough will give them an idea.

The database is completely full of broken links, And when i email the support about it they are very non-responsive. Finally when i ask for a refund on my money they completely ignore any attempt i have made to reach out to them.

December 18, 2012 at 5:38 am (11 years ago)I am not sure what to do, I am very excited about the product but I am having some major problems. First I could not download it, I am very good with computers so I eventually was able to resolve this but I still was not able to get project 1 and 4 to work. The support guy-He was Very Nice- he remotely acessed my system – with my permission of course- and discovered that it was a problem with the softwafe. He said that this problem is new to them so he will let Charlie know, this happened on 12/11/2012, to date I have been sending messages to customer support and no one has responded to my inquiries. I don’t know if their systems are down. Anything is possible because I don’t think they will just ignore my messages, after all this is a monthly billed software.
Do you know how I can contact some one live….. Please Help I don’t know what else to do to get some feed back. My Ticket ID:
IAI-399923. This product came highly recommended and I think that if someone will get back to me we can fix the problem and move on. If anyone can help I will be so grateful. Thanks
