esta é a ascensão da entrevista em vídeo online.
Aparentemente, seis em cada dez gerentes de RH nos
EUA agora usam serviços de vídeo online como Skype para realizar entrevistas e mais cedo
ou mais tarde as tendências que começam nos EUA são adotadas em
outros lugares. Esta prática na verdade já foi
relatada no Reino Unido também.
Pode ser mais rentável e menos demorado para os empregadores, usar
o método de entrevistas de vídeo para selecionar candidatos
adequados, mas mesmo se o candidato for familiarizado com
o uso do meio em um ambiente social podem ter preocupações sobre formalmente sendo entrevistado desta forma.
O primeiro ponto de interrogação no uso do vídeo é como exato uma foto o entrevistador está recebendo da pessoa a ser entrevistada.
Iluminação e qualidade da câmera irão desempenhar um papel…
e quem foi convidado a se submeter a esse processo precisa
estar ciente das limitações potenciais do equipamento
que eles têm.
Lá tem sido relatórios dos candidatos sendo entrevistados mostrando-se no vídeo, mas com o entrevistador desligar sua própria câmera.
Pode ser desconcertante para ser confrontado
com uma tela em branco, e ao contrário de uma entrevista face
a face, não há nenhuma maneira de ler os sinais não ditas que podiam ser
captados de mesmo a mais inexpressiva de entrevistadores.
Mesmo se a câmera do entrevistador é ligada, há uma série de questões, que o candidato deve considerar.
O Conselho é manter o contato de olho em uma entrevista cara a cara, mas isto
pode ser difícil, se ele está sendo realizado na tela.
Não é a resposta ao olhar diretamente para a tela.
O candidato deve tentar lembrar de olhar diretamente para a câmera, o que dá a impressão de olhar nos
olhos da outra pessoa.
Tendo a própria imagem visível em uma maneira seja útil para
garantir um está a enviar uma imagem positiva, mas
tem desvantagens semelhantes ao olhar diretamente para a tela.
Do outro lado dá a impressão de que a pessoa está olhando para longe e não fazer contato visual.
Candidatos também devem ter cuidadosos com o efeito
psicológico de sentado em sua própria casa ou quarto enquanto envolvido no que é um processo formal.
É aconselhável vestir da mesma forma como seria para a entrevista mais tradicional nas instalações do recrutador.
Arredores também podem enviar mensagens e que seria melhor se o candidato que se certificou seus
arredores foram limpo, arrumado e como desorganização-livre quanto possível.
Tudo isto irá ajudá-los a abordagem da entrevista de forma profissional e minimizar quaisquer impressões desfavoráveis que poderá receber seu visualizador.
Se esta tendência para entrevista através de vídeo continua talvez candidatos teriam aconselhados a fazer um par de sessões de
prática com a ajuda de alguém familiarizado com
o meio, de modo que eles podem verificar como é que eles vêm do outro lado.
