25peeps is stated by Germany-based Hendrik Mans and the service is pretty decent SEOwise, having a PR5, Alexa 241k.

Here’re my observations: You’re likely to rank higher if:

• You’re a female (or pretend to be one)
• You’re young, attractive
• You exposed some part of your anatomy (prefably toned)

25peeps works best if you’re running a personal blog or have FMCG (fast moving consumer goods) type monetization.

I believe Henrik actively blocks splogs and purely corporate blogs as shown in his FAQ:

chances are something was wrong with your picture. there is only one big rule concerning pictures: they have to show you and you only. we reject a lot of peeps with pictures obviously not displaying the linked site’s owner. also, we only link to non-commercial weblogs (it’s okay if you have ads on your blog, but it needs to be your own personal weblog, not a business blog).
