Is Robert Allen teaching you to be a Millionaire yet?

I’ve been running my Robert Allen promotion for about 2 months and have received a lot of questions.

They recur on a daily basis. Questions like:

  • Is this a real promotion? Or a gimmick?
  • Will he really send those books?
  • Are these books rejects? Misprints? Are they damaged? Torn?
  • What’s the catch?

Sometimes it’s really tough to be nice.

People doubt your intentions.

Redemption came yesterday. Continue reading

DigitalKeiretsu.com Strategies workshop a smashing success

It’s not often that Internet people meet up, so I decided to do a small experiment.

I posted a thread in my DigitalKeiretsu.com forum: DigitalKeiretsu.com strategy training for Internet Money Secrets announcing a workshop which would bring together 4 Internet Marketing specialists.

If it worked out, I would continue to organise a series of Internet marketing-related training for the DigitalKeiretsu group.

This is a series of workshops intended to help increase the level of skill incompetency of the DigitalKeiretsu members who have a wide range of skill levels from beginner to intermediate.

I’m glad I did.

Last night’s session was a smashing success!

$1,000 f.ree bonus for Affiliate Project X buyers

Affiliate Project XNewsflash:

I got an email from Affiliate Guru Chris (creator of Affiliate Project X)at 2:49am this morning.

I wasn’t sure if it was a joke.

Because I didn’t think anyone would give away so much stuff for free.

There’s a pending update for Affiliate Project X, and according to Chris, people have been emailing him to buy the update before it goes live. But he’s staunchly refused.

Here’s Chris in his own words:

I have received a few e-mails from people asking if they could buy the update before it goes live: and the answer is no, since the update is going to be f.ree to existing buyers. If you own Project X, all you have to do is sit back and wait for it to appear in your mail box. And enjoy.

I have also been working on a fr.ee website offer which is targeted *specifically* at buyers who have Project X and feel a little overwhelmed by the techniques.

If this sounds like you, then pay *very* close attention to your mail box in the next few days.

The website offer is going to be worth a little over $1,000 (and that’s being conservative, you will see why when the offer drops, it’s not one of those random made up values – trust me).

And it will only be open to Project X buyers at launch.

As if to allay any skepticism, he adds “Don’t ever say I don’t do anything for you.“Ha ha.You are ever the guarded Internet Marketer, Chris!

  • The $97 question

These are some of the questions I receive almost on a daily basis regarding Affiliate Project X.

  • Does it work?
  • Should I get it?
  • What if it doesn’t work?

Here’s are my best answers.

The next generation blogging-enabled browser: Flock

If you’ve been following this blog regularly, you’d know I’m a keen Mozilla FireFox user, judging by the posts in the category: Browsers.

And my copy of FireFox has probably seen it’s fair share of abuse.

  • With about 10 plugins and 400 bookmarks, it’s now chugging along.
  • Downloads take about 10 seconds to initiate.
  • WordPress (especially PHP processing) is a little buggy. I’ve lost a number of good posts already…

So you might say things are a little….slow?

slow

Don’t get me wrong, I’m not soley dependent on Firefox.

By necessity, I use 3 browsers:

  • Internet Explorer: because about 50% of blog visitors use that browser (and it displays differently from FireFox at times)
  • FireFox: what I really like are the extensions available, especially this SEO plugin I recently installed.
  • And now Flock!

How’s Flock (currently still in beta) different? Continue reading

PayPerPost your way to wealth?

Darren Rowse’s post about: What do You Think About Sponsored Posts? is an interesting one, because it seemed to draw a number of negative responses.

Is paid posting the next big blogging satan? (to join the ranks of autosurf websites, ponzi schemes, suspect network marketing and it’s ilk?)

Pay Per Post

Frankly, I’m not sure why a lot of people seem deadset against advertising.

As a former journalist, I can tell you that without newspaper ads, your newspaper would probably cost $5 a copy. every day. Continue reading

Maximizing Internet marketing returns using PayPal

As an Internet marketer, you will inevitably collect payments and PayPal is one of the better payment providers.

PayPal is:

  • fairly simple to use
  • reliable
  • transaction fees are fairly acceptable for low transaction volumes.

PayPal: Internet Marketing payment provider

Having established itself as a primary mode of payment for eBay auctions, it’s been an easy to transition to becoming a mainstream payment option.

I’d say that the PayPal it’s a reliable way of doing business in your sales volumes $5,000 a month or lower. However, once you are doing sales of at least $10,000 a month you’d want to get your own payment gateway. Continue reading
